Wellbeing Manager

At a leading provider of aged care services, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional wellbeing outcomes for our residents. As a Wellbeing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of programs that foster meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events and activities for all residents.

  • You will develop opportunities for social connection, cognitive stimulation and emotional wellbeing.
  • Drive initiatives to support residents' physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing resident care plans and completing key lifestyle assessments.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and allied health professionals to provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence.
  • Coaching care team members to deliver person-centred care and promote positive relationships between residents and staff.
  • Liaising with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences.
  • Engaging with residents' families to encourage visitation and socialisation.
  • Implementing Person Centred Care principles in all aspects of care delivery.

About this role:

  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
  • Lead a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional wellbeing services.
