Therapy Services Role

An experienced Occupational Therapist is sought to provide dynamic therapy services, offering a mix of NDIS and My Aged Care support.

The successful applicant will join our team, delivering high-quality care to help participants maximise independence and lead meaningful lives.

The Role

">

This position offers autonomy to choose your split between NDIS and My Aged Care services. We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists who are flexible and motivated to join our team as either full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards participant outcomes.">
  • Assess participants' functional capacity, including physical and psychological abilities, through clinical assessment.">
  • Develop participant-centred goals tailored to the client's circumstances.">
  • Access clinical mentors and leaders to support growth and knowledge.">
  • Provide best-practice, evidence-based support services to increase participants' life skills and independence.">
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to adapt environments for participants, including assistive technology.">

Qualifications and Requirements

">
  • Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.">
  • Experience in aged care and/or NDIS services (highly regarded).">
  • Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check.">
  • Current driver's licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement provided).">
