Your role will center on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, actively driving their own decisions and goals through skill-development.

Clients participate in social and recreational activities, essential life skills, and engage with their local communities. You will match clients with tailored support that meets their needs, interests, and passions.

This role services the broader Northern Beaches region, including locations such as Dee Why, Mona Vale, Belrose, Frenchs Forest, Allambie Heights, and more.

We offer an attractive hourly rate, base pay between $34.59 and $35.67, superannuation, penalty rates, and salary packaging for permanent staff. Requirements include being available for a minimum of 4 days per week and holding a valid NSW driver's license P2 or full.

Ongoing professional development and discounted gym membership are also offered. Your role requires adherence to our safety protocols.
