Belgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fitness and Community Service Coordinator.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a fun and vibrant culture within the club.

  • To deliver first-class customer service ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision, and Values;
  • To engage with members and their families, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment;
  • To work collaboratively with the Club General Manager to operate the creche, related services, and programs for the benefit of the community, staff, and company;
  • To provide quality care and supervision for children while their parents and guardians utilise our facilities;
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our members;
  • Caring for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old;
  • Engaging in age-appropriate play with the children (art & craft, floor play etc);
  • Helping children with their drinks / snacks as provided by parents and guardians;
  • Cleaning up any spilt food;
  • Assisting with toileting when required;
  • Packing up at the end of each shift including wiping down all toys and surfaces.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A desire to create a fun and vibrant culture within the club;
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to form strong relationships with our families;
  • A passion for health and fitness;
  • A current First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check (NSW);
  • A Certificate III in Children's Services (desirable);
  • Certification in Asthma Management and Anaphylaxis Management (desirable).
