Job Description: We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Team Members to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art fitness centres. As a key member of our centre's operations, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our members and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert guidance and support to members in achieving their fitness goals, promoting a culture of wellness and inclusivity within the centre.
- Delivering high-quality customer service, responding promptly to member inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of member interactions, including sales, bookings, and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication between departments.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve centre targets, participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a similar position or related field would be highly advantageous.
