Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.
- Drive change by anticipating requirements for the future and actively working to improve team outcomes.
- Ensure a staff focus on quality, client-centred approaches, and resident satisfaction.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of the organisation's strategic vision and plan.
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.
- Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.
- Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.
This role offers an attractive remuneration package, including a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to Not-for-Profit salary packaging benefits.
