About the Role
This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with internal stakeholders, including drafting, estimating, studio M, and permits teams, to ensure seamless communication with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Effective management of customer expectations and keeping them informed about their home's status during the pre-construction process;
- Delivering exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships;
- Providing regular updates to customers;
- Maintaining accurate records of customer project details;
- Liaising with external suppliers and coordinating client variations when necessary;
- Ensuring high-quality customer communications through professional reports and data entry;
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients;
- Supporting all customer support-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in customer service and administration;
- Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office;
- Experience working in a time-critical environment;
- Familiarity with database systems (an advantage);
- A great attitude
