Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team in our state-of-the-art Robina Studio-M office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations, and ensuring timely updates throughout the pre-construction process.
Responsibilities- Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on their homes' status during the pre-construction process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Drafting, Estimating, Studio M, and Permits, to ensure seamless coordination.
- Record and maintain accurate customer project details.
- Liaise with external suppliers and coordinate client variations when necessary.
- Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
- Support all Customer Support-related tasks.
- A competitive salary package: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
