Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Coordinator to join our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team in our state-of-the-art Robina Studio-M office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations, and ensuring timely updates throughout the pre-construction process.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates on their homes' status during the pre-construction process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Drafting, Estimating, Studio M, and Permits, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Record and maintain accurate customer project details.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and coordinate client variations when necessary.
  • Ensure customer quality control through professional communications and data entry.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with clients.
  • Support all Customer Support-related tasks.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Customer Service and Administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn.
