Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Manager to join our Qld Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the State Sales Manager and the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide proactive support to the Qld State Sales Manager, ensuring efficient communication and timely task completion.
- Develop and execute dynamic sales and marketing campaigns to energize the Qld Sales team and drive business results.
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly client reports, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
- Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, maximizing impact and ROI.
- Deliver detailed reports and analysis to the State Sales Manager, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- Organize and coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and client networking events, ensuring seamless execution and positive outcomes.
- Monitor and manage client agreements, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships.
- Handle billing, invoice queries, travel arrangements, leave management, and promotional calendar coordination for the QLD sales team.
- A competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
