Role Overview
This role offers a competitive salary package, with a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Customer Support Coordinator at Metricon Homes Qld., you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations effectively, ensuring they are informed about the status of their home during the pre-construction process.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with customers, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Record customer project details accurately and maintain high levels of data entry efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams, including drafting, estimating, and external suppliers, to coordinate client variations and ensure timely project completion.
- Develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to interact confidently with clients.
- Assist with all Customer Support-related tasks, ensuring seamless support for customers throughout the pre-build process.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Customer Service and Administration.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office and experience with database systems an advantage.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn and develop skills.
