
Successful Property Asset Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our real estate management team as an Assistant Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.
- Assist property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel
- Implement and maintain orderly financial management and lease administration procedures
- Liaise with tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration
- Update tenancy schedules with all lease data and ensure any key action dates are captured
- Prepare regular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports, and any others as requested
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Recently graduated from a Property related degree
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is preferred but not essential
- Currently holding or willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration
- Strong organisation and negotiation skills
