The successful candidate will have experience in the trade/building/construction industry and relevant qualifications, together with field inspection experience and measurement of performance against standards.

Role Overview

This is a key leadership position responsible for delivering asset performance services across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery and reporting on field inspection outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and stakeholders to resolve service delivery issues and ensure fair and consistent adjudication.
  • Manage teams and ensure compliance with governance and quality standards to achieve key service outcomes.
  • Coordinate the issuance of non-compliance notices and other performance measures to contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and initiating abatement action where necessary.
