Assistant Property Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.

In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing the performance of our client's assets by developing and implementing property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular inspections to oversee the presentation and maintenance of property assets
  • Coordinating resources to maintain services and resolve property issues
  • Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration and financial management procedures
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding management and providing recommendations

You will also be responsible for ensuring all lease and other documentation is fully executed and in place.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a desire to collaborate and add value to both the client and the wider Real Estate Management Services team.

Requirements:

  • A high level of Excel skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance commentary
  • The ability to build and foster key relationships and work in a highly team-orientated environment
