About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Director to join our CLCM team at KBR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in the management of all aspects of Program and Project execution, including performance, quality, budgets, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and drive opportunities to transform and improve operational frameworks and procedures in the CLCM Program
  • Pro-actively engage with clients and establish effective communication channels at all levels within the client and key internal stakeholders
  • Manage overall CLCM performance to ensure successful delivery that enhances the perception of the KBR brand
  • Foster a positive work environment that is professional, dynamic, and innovative
  • Ensure HSE leadership with proactive management of safety and business risks, and development and implementation of appropriate action plans in close coordination with HSE
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, KBR, and other key stakeholders to foster strong and trusted relationships
  • Work collaboratively with relevant CoA and KBR stakeholders to ensure appropriate development of Contract Change Proposals (CCPs) and CLCM specific documents
  • Support both CoA and KBR to conduct workforce planning to ensure maximum opportunity to term extensions or redeployment of staff if necessary
  • Facilitate continuous business improvements and make decisions that look beyond the current position
  • Support bids and proposals as required
