Deputy Business Program Manager

Job Summary
Certis Security Australia is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Business Program Manager to join our team. As a key player in the success of our SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software implementation, you will provide strategic support and operational oversight to ensure the program goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Program Leadership: Assist the Program Director in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP Cloud, SuccessFactors EC, EC Payroll, and Workforce Software.
- Hands-on Project Management: Actively manage key workstreams and tasks within the program, including developing detailed project plans, scheduling, and ensuring all teams are meeting deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as an intermediary between the Business Program Manager and project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication is maintained.
- Team Coordination: Oversee day-to-day activities of the project teams, ensuring that project managers, consultants, and technical teams are aligned with the program objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, and help in managing and resolving issues as they occur.
- Change Management: Collaborate with the change management team to ensure seamless user adoption of the new systems.
- Budget & Resource Tracking: Help in monitoring the program's budget and resource allocation.
- Vendor & Third-Party Management: Assist in coordinating with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on ERP and HR system implementations.
- Experience working alongside or directly supporting a senior program manager in large-scale ERP or HCM implementations.
- Solid understanding of SAP Cloud and HR/payroll solutions.
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on project management expertise.
