As a Front Office Supervisor with Moxy Hotels, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operational tasks.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist guests during check-in and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Handle general enquiries, engage with guests, and provide personalized support to create lasting memories.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
  • Process guest reservations, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and maintain high service standards, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
  • Support the development of the front office team by providing motivation, training, and coaching.
