Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through the development and management of key client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and expanding our presence across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our reach in APAC, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, securing high-value clients across key industries through effective relationship building and negotiation.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals that align with our organisational objectives, utilising strong commercial acumen and business expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry associations, and key decision-makers to ensure sustained business growth and market influence.
  • Oversee pipeline management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and meeting key performance targets through data-driven insights and analytical reporting.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage and stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, to align business growth efforts with organisational capabilities and maximise business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within APAC, with a proven track record of delivering sustained revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce development, training, and vocational education, with the ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
