Job Title: Head Chef

At NRMA Parks & Resorts, we are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients, while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior kitchen leadership role, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene principles, and ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
