Job Role: Workforce Performance Expert

About the Position

The Workforce Performance Expert plays a pivotal role in the Emergency Communication Services team.

  • Provides strategic workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance enhancement functions to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develops and manages staffing rosters aligned with forecasted call volumes and service objectives for emergency services.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify resource allocation needs and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
About You

This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive experience in workforce planning methodologies, particularly in a call centre environment.

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Management, or Communications, or substantial experience in workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Experience with Call Design Workforce Management suite, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
