Workforce Planning Expert

Bupa is a leading health insurance provider with a presence across Australia. We deliver health services in support of key government contracts, including immigration health services via our Medical Visa Services.

We're growing, and we need exceptional individuals to help us achieve our goals. As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business growth by developing, creating, and optimizing workforce planning, data analytics, forecasting, and modeling.

You'll work closely with leaders across the business to build strong relationships, innovate, and deliver results that positively impact employee wellbeing and customer outcomes. Your background in forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and data analytics will be essential in delivering short, medium, and long-term planning for our Medical Visa Services.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in workforce planning, including experience with eWFM software. You'll be an adept relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well with both people and systems. A challenger attitude and approach are required, along with self-motivation, pro-activity, and a can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own the management of people resources, including forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and optimization of the workforce.
  • Produce and manage business and stakeholder reporting or presentations.
  • Support the delivery of projects, including preparation of business requirements and project plans.
