Regional Workforce Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Workforce Coordinator. This role will involve coordinating our casual workforce across various locations, with a focus on the East region.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for providing direct line management support and regularly engaging with our teams to understand their levels of engagement and ongoing availability for work.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your skills in workforce coordination and management, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with our casual workforce ensuring they feel connected and engaged
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Casual Workforce Engagement Strategy
- Provide feedback on performance
- Contribute to the management of reported health and safety incidents
- Contribute to local recruitment campaigns including attending interviews
- Manage the induction and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate data and information relating to the Casual Workforce
- Provide regular reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Demonstrated Rostering experience and/or Recruitment experience (Internal or agency)
- Demonstrated understanding of staffing structures and workforce planning processes
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce and to engage collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong logístical and time management skills
- Excellent organisational skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
