We are seeking a highly skilled and influential HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a 12-month max-term contract position that will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide expert HR advice, drive key initiatives and support the development of our people.

About the Role

This individual will be responsible for building and implementing HR solutions that align with business goals, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Solutions: Partnering with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Advisory & Support: Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Reporting on and analysing HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Talent Development: Driving succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
Requirements
  • You are an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record in business partnering, especially at a senior level within large, complex environments.
  • Ideal experience from logistics or heavy industries where you've successfully driven HR initiatives to improve business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strengths include ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, influence decisions at the executive level, and navigate complex HR challenges.
