Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior executive to lead our ministerial and parliamentary engagement and deliver our enterprise strategy, compliance oversight, risk management, and policy and legislative reform programs.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organisation, requiring a strong ability to inspire and motivate our staff to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead our ministerial and parliamentary engagement, developing and implementing strategies to achieve our organisational goals.
  2. Develop and implement our enterprise strategy, ensuring alignment with our organisational values and objectives.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance on risk management and compliance oversight, ensuring that our organisation operates within the required regulatory frameworks.
  4. Develop and implement policy and legislative reform programs, ensuring that our organisation remains compliant with changing regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate our staff.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
