We are a family-owned and run business providing specialist catering services to over 40 locations throughout Victoria, employing over 700 staff since 1992. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation for delivering high-quality meals in aged care facilities.

The role of a Food Service Assistant is both demanding and rewarding, making it an ideal opportunity for those passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents during meal times, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with the preparation of meals, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Set up and clean down after meal service, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

This part-time position offers flexible shifts across seven days from 6:30am to 8:00pm, allowing you to balance work and personal life. While prior hospitality experience is valued, it is not mandatory.

A certificate in food safety is highly recommended, and you may be required to hold a National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check, as well as be fully vaccinated (including the COVID-19 booster).
