**Job Opportunity**
This role entails developing a learning culture, focusing on professional development of staff, incorporating lessons learned from practice, reporting, and delivering skills uplift to ensure workforce competency and capability is fit for the Future of Work.
Duties may include:
- Researching global best practices in learning and professional development to evolve MCM as a continual learning organisation.
- Developing a learning and professional development strategy and implementation plan to deliver MCM's strategy, including Learning and Professional Development's contribution to workforce enablement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and embedding lived experience and customer voice.
- Partnering with leaders to understand their teams' professional development needs and providing solutions.
- Supporting opportunities for lessons learned and development through communities of practice.
- Executing mandatory training alongside leadership teams.
- Reviewing and evaluating delivery mechanisms for learning, including the learning management system.

**Requirements**
- Experience transforming organisations into learning organisations.
- Implementation and management of learning management systems.
- Active stakeholder engagement practices.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
- Values-led leader with flexibility as a key attribute and competency.
- Experience facilitating and leading reflective practice.
- Strong verbal and written communication and engagement skills.
**Desirable Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Experience with peer and lived experience workforces.
- Appreciative Inquiry practitioner.
**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold a valid work visa.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and NDIS screen check.
- Applicants will undergo a pre-employment safety screening process as part of the selection process.
