Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to fill the position of People and Culture Manager.

This critical role will support the Managing Director and oversee a small team responsible for organisational efficiency, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will possess several years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles, with exceptional interpersonal skills and knowledge of relevant legislation. They should be comfortable managing payroll functions and have a passion for career development in HR.
