Organisational Development Director Job Description

The Associate Director, Organisational Development plays a key role in driving organisational capability, employee engagement and cultural change across the business.

This leadership position is responsible for developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating organisational development projects and initiatives that build organisational capability in response to the company's broader enterprise strategy.

  • Leading enterprise initiatives and programs from strategy to execution to support large-scale business efforts on organisational effectiveness, culture and capability.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to drive organisational capability, employee engagement, cultural change and performance.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops, sessions including leadership development, professional development programs, team offsites and team effectiveness.
  • Administering and debriefing leadership assessments such as 360 assessments, individual preference and working style assessments.
  • Project managing the annual employee engagement survey process, pulse surveys, end to end.
  • Researching contemporary organisational development and learning trends, providing recommendations on best practice opportunities.
  • Optimising the utilisation of the new HCMS Oracle with a focus on the talent and learning modules and robust reporting.
