About Court Services Victoria supports the performance of Victorian courts, VCAT, Judicial College of Victoria and Judicial Commission of Victoria by providing administrative services and facilities. Our people enable the Courts Group to deliver on their strategic priorities and pursue interconnected opportunities that benefit the community.

The role focuses on building a high-performance culture through needs-based training and development solutions. It will also define career pathways and mature capability frameworks, improving consistency of use across the Courts Group.

This role will establish growth opportunities and embed leadership expectations into development programs and People processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish career pathways and maturity frameworks
  • Define leadership expectations and embed them into development programs
  • Develop and implement needs-based training and development solutions
  • Collaborate with People teams on learning initiatives

You'll bring a confident, collaborative and solution focused approach. You are curious and creative in your approach to organisational development and passionate about building vibrant cultures which place people at the heart of everything.

Creating outstanding employee experiences is important to you and you have experience leveraging technology to build communication strategies which support organisational culture transformation.

In addition to being able to develop highly effective working relationships with stakeholders, you have a sense of humour that adds to your resilience and ability to deliver in a complex environment.
