Job Title: Operations Manager

The Role: We seek an experienced operations manager to oversee our busy dispatch area, leading a team to ensure accurate and on-time loading of trucks and delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of dispatch and warehouse staff
  • Coordinate daily loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines
  • Hands-on involvement in picking, packing, and loading finished goods
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and paperwork
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety standards
  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing dispatch or warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
