About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and skilled Medical Administration Coordinator to manage our busy Admission desk, answer and redirect calls, organize appointments, and prepare admission paperwork. You will also be responsible for conducting follow-up requests, making reminder calls for visits, maintaining accurate records, performing Health Fund Checks as required, managing excess/co-payments, and coordinating with staff from other departments.
In addition to these duties, you will also complete various clerical tasks such as data entry, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
About UsGriffith Rehabilitation Hospital prides itself on providing high-standard patient care in a fast-paced environment. Our hospital offers both in-patient and day patient therapy services, making this a dynamic and challenging role for the right candidate.
What We Offer- An estimated salary of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience
