In this dynamic role, you will provide essential project, data, and administrative support, working closely with leadership, clinicians, and staff to drive improvement initiatives across multiple projects.

Your contributions will play a key role in supporting project-related activities, coordinating workshops, facilitating communication, and assisting in the preparation of briefings and reports to ensure effective delivery of services within CALHN.

As a valued member of the team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of ongoing projects by managing data, assisting with project documentation, and providing timely administrative support.

You will directly contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services in the region, making a real difference to patient outcomes.

About You
  • You will thrive in this role if you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in minute-taking, drafting agendas, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in all tasks.
  • A high level of organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines, working autonomously or within a team.
  • Experience in providing administrative and clerical support, including managing confidential information and working with senior management and diverse teams.
