Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in Emergency and Critical Care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement best practice processes for the ECC department, driving efficiency and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager and other department heads to develop and execute growth strategies, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to support their growth and success.
- Work closely with the Business Manager to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
