Enhance your IT skills and expand your career horizons as a Desktop Support Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional technical assistance on a daily basis, covering desktop and general IT support services for our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Configure hardware and software for new team members, including laptop setup and account access
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of corporate hardware and software, monitoring systems across the business
  • Train colleagues in using tools and systems, presenting changes to the team
  • Maintain servers, computers, printers, and other equipment

You will be part of local and global projects to ensure successful technology rollouts, contributing to Praemium's digital transformation by leveraging automation tools and promoting consistency across environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a desktop support role, with demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell), O365 support, infrastructure, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive resolution
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the capacity to work under pressure
