We are currently seeking a Centre Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality early learning programs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing and implementing programs based on children's needs and interests. They will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices.

Key responsibilities include assisting the Centre Director with managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and establishing strong relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of centre programs aligned with children's needs and interests.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure consistency in centre presentation and work practices.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Centre Director in managing day-to-day operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Experience in overseeing and implementing programs based on children's needs and interests.
  • Strong understanding of National Quality Standards (NQF) and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and families.
