Centre Operations Manager

Job Summary
This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to work closely with Centre Managers to ensure smooth operation of events and programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing centre functions, including customer service, café operations, safety, staff rosters, and breaks.
About the Role
The Duty Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day running of the centre. As a Lead Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining knowledge of centre programs and services, delegating tasks, identifying potential risks, and taking steps to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services
- Manage a range of centre functions while on shift, including customer service, café operations, safety, staff rosters, and breaks
- Cash balancing, customer education, conflict resolution, and general maintenance/cleaning
Requirements
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- RSA Certificate
Desirable Qualifications or Knowledge
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role
