Executive Property Manager

We seek a senior property professional to take full accountability for the performance and growth of a major retail precinct in Western Sydney.

With ongoing development phases, this is an opportunity to transform a successful retail asset into one of Sydney's most significant destinations.

Role Overview

This strategic leadership position unifies operations, leasing, development, marketing, and commercial performance under a single point of ownership.

You will work directly with directors from our architect-designed Sydney CBD headquarters. With no corporate layers or red tape, you will have autonomy to lead, influence, and build a high-performing culture that delivers results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead all core precinct functions: leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations
  2. Take full ownership of the precinct P&L — budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  3. Guide tenancy mix decisions in collaboration with leasing partners and directors
  4. Strengthen team alignment, operational governance, and reporting discipline
  5. Maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention
  6. Work with directors to shape the precinct's long-term commercial and brand strategy
  7. Embed a high-performance culture across the wider team
Requirements

To be successful, you will require:

  • 12+ years' experience in retail property — ideally across asset, portfolio or general management
  • Proven success managing large-format, outlet-style or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments
  • Strong financial, commercial and operational acumen — including P&L ownership
  • Confident leading cross-functional teams with a mix of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working closely with directors — contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term planning
