Leadership Opportunity

Drive performance and growth of a major retail precinct in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations functions.
  • Oversee the precinct P&L – budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Guide tenancy mix decisions with leasing partners and directors.
  • Strengthen team alignment, operational governance, and reporting discipline.
  • Maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention.
  • Work with directors to shape the precinct's long-term commercial and brand strategy.
  • Embed a high-performance culture across the wider team.
About You
  • 12+ years' experience in retail property – ideally across asset management, portfolio management or senior investment roles.
  • A strong record managing large-format, outlet-style or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments.
  • Proven success driving performance improvements through leasing, tenancy mix, redevelopment, or expansion projects.
  • Full P&L ownership experience, with strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Confidence leading and aligning cross-functional teams (leasing, marketing, operations, facilities).
  • The ability to work closely with directors – influencing both day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy.
