About This Leadership Position

This is a high-level position at UNSW Canberra, responsible for shaping the identity and vibrancy of the City Precinct.

The Manager will lead the delivery of strategic direction for precinct activation, design and deliver an annual engagement plan, and measure the impact of activation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing student and education support services, supporting student communications, cultivating partnerships with stakeholders, and supervising an administration team.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the experience of students, staff, and community members.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create an engaging environment and drive engagement programs.
  • Maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders and foster collaboration and support for precinct activation goals.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager with a relevant tertiary degree and extensive management expertise.

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing programs and developing policies related to stakeholder engagement and student services.
  • Able to supervise and influence staff, fostering collaboration across teams and programs.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders, including senior management and industry leaders.
