Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to lead the performance and growth of a large retail precinct in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years' experience in retail property, with expertise in asset management, portfolio management or senior investment roles.

  • A strong track record managing large-format, outlet-style or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments
  • Proven success driving performance improvements through leasing, tenancy mix, redevelopment, or expansion projects
  • Full P&L ownership experience with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work closely with directors influencing day-to-day decisions and long-term strategy
About the Position
  • Lead all core precinct functions: leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations
  • Take full ownership of the precinct's budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Guide tenancy mix decisions in collaboration with leasing partners and directors
  • Maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention
