Deliver Strategic Impact through World-Class Precinct Deals

As a highly experienced and influential leader, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our transport system. This exciting opportunity requires someone who can think strategically, build strong relationships, and drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring deals for our Parramatta, Sydney Olympic Park, and Pyrmont precinct schemes. This includes capital, development, investment, and transaction structuring, as well as leading the development of detailed financial assessments and due diligence.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role also involves overseeing the land and property functions of Sydney Metro across the full lifecycle, including planning approval, acquisition, development, management, divestment, and disposal of land and property assets.

Developing and implementing plans to ensure the activation of precincts that are vibrant with a strong sense of community ownership is another key aspect of this role.

To be successful, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth. You will also need to possess sound commercial acumen, experience developing innovative solutions, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in property and place, strong commercial acumen, and experience in leading major negotiations in complex transactional environments. They will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
