Workforce Strategist Role

The Workforce Strategist plays a critical role in the team, responsible for developing and implementing workforce plans that meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality measures such as resource allocation, fairness, productivity targets and operational robustness are met, and compliance is measured against regulatory instruments, company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain workforce planning systems to optimise labour force utilisation.
  • Collaborate with managers and supervisors to discuss business requirements and ensure the most cost-efficient use of the workforce.
  • Final check of time and attendance records at the end of the pay period and addressing any issues.
  • Complete rostering across the organisation focusing on maximising our labour force.

Requirements:

  • Experience in workforce planning systems, preferably Kronos.
  • Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Team player with strong customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work at any location as required.
  • Flexibility to work on any day including weekends with varying hours.
