Human Resources Business Partner

As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance and employee engagement by delivering strategic HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to understand departmental goals and develop tailored HR strategies that support business success.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development, and workforce planning to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent, supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience within a dynamic operational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with tact and professionalism.
  • The ability to develop, implement, and embed new processes, procedures, policies, and systems in a complex environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Problem solving and time management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in demanding situations.
  • Ability to travel as required, with a current C class licence.
