Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to shape and influence our organisation's people strategy at a senior level. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Lead, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, build capability, and ensure compliance.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading investigations and resolving complex employee relations matters with discretion and authority. You will also provide expert industrial relations advice, including award interpretation, enterprise bargaining agreements, and Fair Work compliance.

The Opportunity

Based at our HQ, this role provides scope to lead high-impact HR initiatives while partnering closely with the business. You'll be the key contact for senior stakeholders on ER/IR, remuneration, leadership capability, and organisational development programs that drive performance and culture.
