HR Partner for Strategic Success

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our managers and employees at our Distribution Centre in Melbourne. This role will also involve supporting the Supply Chain functions of the Milwaukee business.
The primary focus of the role will be to provide HR advice across a range of generalist functions, utilizing your business acumen and knowledge to address HR issues and initiatives with senior management for the benefit of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on people and culture issues
- Support organisational change and design reviews
- Lead projects and implement process improvements
- Maintain legislative and industry knowledge
- Manage employee relations issues
- Contribute to a positive work environment
About You
Ideally you will have a proven background in a Human Resources Business Partner role and a strong ability to influence stakeholders. You will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field, and experience operating as a HR generalist.
