About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team on a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Catering and travel booking management
- Providing high-level administrative support to our senior stakeholders and lead teams
- Secretarial duties and reception administration support as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role with a senior stakeholder or personal assistant
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with values aligned to health and wellness
