About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at SDN Children's Services. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective support to stakeholders, ensuring seamless administration and a positive experience for families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support the Centre Director in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre
- Act as a trusted advisor to families, ensuring their child's enrolment is hassle-free
- Collaborate with the Family Engagement Team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey for families
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an early learning or community setting
- Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
- Strong administration, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated skills across Microsoft Office applications
