Rewarding a challenging role is available with Richard Jay, an internationally recognised family-owned business providing laundry and warewashing solutions.

Due to continued growth and recent expansion, this position will join our existing team serving customers nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Experience in industries related to capital equipment sales, logistics, pest control, or sanitation would be beneficial, as well as mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

We seek a motivated and friendly individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on delivering premium customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate effectively between service technicians, administrative staff, customers, and clients.
  • Process customer requests for service efficiently and follow up as necessary.
  • Administer client service and order information into our computerised system and generate reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming service, support, and spare parts requests from internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent phone etiquette, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and customer follow-up procedures.
  • A methodical worker with great attention to detail.
  • Experience with computerised systems.
  • A proactive, self-starter who is reliable with an enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems is desirable, but fast learning is essential.
  • Multitasking abilities, priority setting, and effective Time Management in a team environment.

We offer a highly competitive salary package, estimated at around AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
