Job Title: Work Coordinator

Service Stream is seeking a dedicated and organized professional to fill the role of Work Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving field staff to ensure all work orders are handled end-to-end within regulatory time frames. They must have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate field staff to handle work orders
  • Facilitate workforce scheduling, planning, and allocation using Excel and other systems
  • Conduct regular outbound calls to customers and parties to gather information and address any concerns
  • Identify and consolidate data to plan and allocate work orders efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of field resource leave requests and ensure they are up to date
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure all work performed meets contractual quality and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in work order management and scheduling
  • Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia preferred but not essential
  • Professional communication skills with customers and clients
  • Basic to medium competency level using MS Office suite: Excel, Outlook (Excel knowledge essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
