A Position of Support and Coordination

About the Role

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission has created this position to provide administrative support to its teams. The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for coordinating scheduling and logistical arrangements, entering and managing regulatory information, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the delivery of the Commission's registration and audit program.
  2. Assist in coordinating the publishing of regulatory information on the Commission's website.
  3. Support the registration operations section and leadership team to meet agreed priorities through administrative and procedural coordination of regulatory activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  1. Demonstrated experience in operations, administrative management, and/or project or service delivery roles within a defined framework to support the delivery of outcomes.
  2. Strong attention to detail and diligence in quality assurance, with the ability to interpret and adjust data insights to support the delivery of agreed outcomes.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to foster collaboration, develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across a range of organisational levels.
