
Ecommerce Partnership Specialist

In this role, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with leading agencies that advocate for our technology to their clients.
This is a high-growth revenue channel, and your goal will be to drive qualified business through strategic partnerships.
You'll work closely with internal teams to support complex sales cycles and provide agency partners with ongoing training and enablement.
Sales expertise is essential, while bringing your professional network is highly valued. You'll succeed in this role if you rely on data-driven insights to identify business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders across agency book of business
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement, sales, and overall business growth
- Set and track performance metrics to ensure partners meet their sales and revenue targets
- Provide partners with necessary resources to effectively utilize our product suite
- Act as a product ambassador, ensuring partners are informed about product updates, new features, and value proposition
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner activities with company objectives
- Coordinate with customer success team to ensure partners deliver value to mutual customers
**Requirements:
- 2+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS software, agency, or technology sales in a Channel or New Business role
- Prior experience working with or managing digital commerce/digital marketing agency relationships
- Passion for digital commerce with a desire to learn and grow as an eCommerce professional
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships at all levels with negotiation skills and a focus on growth and retention
